Tarence teach us about setting goal and aim for achievement

when we aim to be EXCELLENT, highest point we can go for REALLY EXCELLENT, lowest point still can be ABOVE AVERAGE
when we aim to be AVERAGE, highest point we can go for ABOVE AVERAGE, lowest point is BELOW AVERAGE
When we aim to be POOR, highest point we only can get BELOW AVERAGE, lowest point is REALLY BAD!!
